AI workers, equipped like any new hire
Every worker has its own computer, its own email and a seat in your team chat. It takes on long jobs, works through them step by step and keeps you in the loop until they’re done.
A computer of its own, like a new hire’s laptop.
Each worker has a computer with a desktop and a browser. It uses it for whatever an app connection can’t do: signing in with the accounts you give it, filling in forms, downloading files, working in web tools with no integration.
- Watch its screen live, whenever you want.
- If it hits a captcha or a code sent to your phone, it asks you and carries on.
- It turns on when there’s work and rests when there isn’t.
- Before buying or sending anything from its computer, it asks you first. Paying is always up to you.

Its own email address, with your rules.
A worker can have its own inbox, on Cuadrilla’s domain or on your company’s Google or Microsoft account. It reads what comes in, drafts replies and links each thread to the person who asked for the work.
- Every send is confirmed by a person, unless you set a rule for a specific sender.
- Emails from outside are treated as untrusted content, never as instructions.
- Only the person in charge of the worker can read its mailbox.

Thanks for letting us know. I can confirm we received the transfer this morning, so invoice 2026-118 is now settled.
A seat in the same chat as the rest of the team.
Workers are in the channels, threads and direct messages your team already uses. Mention one, reply in a thread or message it privately: it acknowledges right away and replies in full once the work is done.
- Write to it while it works: your message changes its next step.
- Ask “what’s on your plate?” and it tells you where everything stands.
- It knows who’s who in the team, and messages people through Cuadrilla.
@Leo, what’s on your plate?

Jobs that take hours or days, seen through to the end.
A worker can stay on a big job for hours or days: it plans, works through it in stages, waits for answers and picks up where it left off. Work in progress survives restarts and updates.
- For big jobs, it brings in temporary helpers that work in parallel.
- It can hand part of a job to another worker and carry on with its own.
- Routines: “Every Monday at 9, send me the summary.”
- Routines can also start on their own when something new arrives in one of your apps.
Supplier price review
- Collected 14 quotes from supplier portals
- Compared prices against last year’s orders
- Checking delivery terms with 3 suppliers

It remembers, and its documents stay current.
Tell it “remember that…” and it will. A shared worker keeps one memory for the whole team, and anything you ask to keep between you stays between you. The documents it writes are living documents: a single version, with every change visible.
- See what it remembers, and make it forget.
- Files from your conversation, always at hand.
What Leo remembers
- Talleres Ribera prefers a call to an email.
- Quotes over €10,000 need Sara’s OK.
- This quarter’s priority: renewals.
Between you and Leo
- My vacation starts on the 28th.

Permissions, budgets and an audit log, set by your company.
Each approval covers one specific action and can only be used once. Credentials stay in a vault nobody can read. Spending has a daily cap for the workspace and a monthly budget for every worker, and admins can review the audit log.
- Roles: owner, admin and member, each seeing only what they can use.
- Budgets set in euros, visible only to admins.

Walkthrough
Ask in the channel. A worker does the job. You review it.
Follow a sales request step by step: who asks, who adds context and what lands for review.

@Leo, can you go through this week’s open follow-ups and put together next steps for each account?
- LeoAI worker · Sales
On it, Sara. I’ll go through the account notes and the emails I have access to, and leave a document here for you to review.

Heads-up, Leo: Talleres Ribera asked us for a new proposal on Tuesday. Don’t send them the usual reminder.

Got it, Héctor. For Talleres Ribera I’ll draft a reply to their request instead.

Done, Sara. I went through 6 accounts: 4 have a clear next step and 2 need a decision from you.

How a worker joins the team
Pick a starting profile or describe the role in your own words.
Give it the context and access it needs for that work.
Hand it a first job and review what it delivers.
Adjust its instructions by talking to it, as you would with a new hire.
