Who is responsible for your data
NSDSTUDIODEV, S.L. (tax ID B25995739), with its registered address at Avenida Ocho de Marzo 14, puerta E, planta 3, 28523 Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid), España, is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. For anything about your data, write to legal@cuadrilla.net.
This policy covers this website and the waitlist. The Cuadrilla service has its own privacy terms, which you’ll see when you create your account.
What data we collect and why
When you join the waitlist we collect your email, the language of the page and, if you arrived through a link that carries a reference (?ref=…), that reference, so we know which link brought you. If you then ask for a demo or tell us more about your team (your name, company, team size and what you’d hand off first), we store that too, to prepare your access and contact you. We use all this only for your access to Cuadrilla.
To deliver the pages, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you request. We don’t keep access logs.
To understand how the website is used and fix what breaks, we measure page views, clicks and errors with PostHog, without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. To count visitors without identifying you, PostHog computes a code on its servers from the day, your IP address, your browser and the domain, which changes every day; it then discards the IP address and the browser. There’s no advertising and no social media trackers.
Legal basis
For the waitlist, your own request: you ask us to let you know when you can get in, and we need your email to do it. You can ask us to remove you at any time. For technical data and cookieless analytics, our legitimate interest in delivering the website, keeping it secure and improving it.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until you’re invited and create your account, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. We don’t store technical data from your visits.
Who else has access
We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone for their own purposes. It’s processed on our behalf by the providers we need to run the waitlist and this website: Amazon Web Services, which stores the waitlist and this website in its European Union (Ireland) region, sends the invitations from there and delivers the pages through its CloudFront network; and PostHog, which receives the analytics in its European Union region. They only process the data under our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to legal@cuadrilla.net. If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
