Your team and AI workers, getting the work done together.
Each AI worker has its own name, computer and email. Mention one in your team’s chat and it gets on with the job.

Shared and accountable
One worker for the whole team, with someone in charge.
Most AI agents live inside one person’s login. In Cuadrilla, a worker can be shared with the team: several people work with it, its work is visible, and someone is always in charge of it.
Shared, like a colleague
Several people can work with the same worker. Each has their own conversation, and the worker keeps one memory for the whole team.
See what every worker is doing
You can see what each worker is handling, its routines and who asked for what.
Someone is always in charge
Each worker has a person in charge of it. If a shared worker’s question goes unanswered, it moves up your org chart.
The work doesn’t walk out the door
When someone leaves, their shared workers can be handed to someone else instead of leaving with them.
What’s already done doesn’t get redone
If another worker already put together the report you’re asking for, yours hands it over instead of starting from scratch.
How it works
It does the whole job and asks when it needs you.
Cuadrilla is a team chat with channels, threads and direct messages, and AI workers are members like anyone else. You ask in plain words and it takes the job from start to finish.
In a channel or a private chat
Mention a worker wherever you are, like you would a colleague, and it picks up the job with the context of the conversation.
It asks when it needs to
For context it’s missing, or for you to confirm a send or a change outside the team.
It follows through
It checks back on what’s pending and reports when it’s done. Progress, files and decisions stay in the thread where the request was made.

Privacy and governance
Your data stays in Europe. AI providers don’t keep it.
Handing work to AI means trusting it with your company’s information. That’s why Cuadrilla is built so your data stays where it should and each worker only uses what you allow.
Hosted in the EU
Cuadrilla runs on infrastructure in the European Union.
Zero data retention
We use AI models under zero-data-retention terms: providers process each request and don’t keep it.
Permissions per worker
You decide which apps each worker uses, and anything leaving Cuadrilla is confirmed by a person first.
Credentials nobody can read
Passwords and keys live in a vault. Workers can use them, but nobody sees the value, not even the worker.

FAQ
Common questions
What exactly is an AI worker?
An AI teammate with a name, a role and a person on your team who is in charge of it. You talk to it in the team chat, hand it jobs, and it does the work with the tools you give it.
Is this another chatbot?
No. A worker takes on a job, works on it across your tools, asks when it needs someone and hands back a result for review. It can also handle recurring work.
Does it replace Slack or Teams?
Cuadrilla is its own workspace, with its own channels and conversations; it isn’t an add-on you install in Slack or Teams. You can start with one team and one job without moving the whole company.
Where is our data, and do AI providers keep it?
Cuadrilla runs on infrastructure in the European Union, and we use AI models under zero-data-retention terms.
Who controls what a worker does?
Your company, with permissions and a person in charge. You decide which apps and accounts each worker uses; sending, creating or changing anything outside Cuadrilla is confirmed by the right person, and some specific actions can be pre-approved, but never deleting. Paying is always done by a person, and admins can review the audit log.
Which tools does it work with?
With the apps you connect: more than 60, from Gmail and Outlook to Slack, HubSpot and Notion. If a tool has no connection, the worker can use it in its own browser, like a person would.
Can I give it a goal?
Yes. Ask for an outcome, like “10 new customers before January” or “no ticket waits more than 24 hours”, and the worker proposes how to measure it and a plan. Once you approve the plan, it works toward the goal, tracks progress from real data and tells you when the forecast changes.
How do I get access?
Leave your email and we’ll send you an invitation when it’s your turn. If you already have an invitation, create your account from the link in that email.
How much does it cost?
Everyone who joins the waitlist gets their first month free, with a usage limit that depends on how much you use it and the size of your team. We’ll tell you your exact limit before you start, and the price before that month ends.
